| Prudence Island Lighthouse, commonly known locally as Sandy Point Lighthouse, is located on Prudence Island, Rhode Island, and is the oldest 9-meter-tall, octagonal granite lighthouse in the state. Prudence Island can be reached by ferry from Bristol. From the ferry terminal to the lighthouse is a relatively easy walk of about one mile. | |
